Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Grand Valley Golf, we strive to provide a great experience for all guests. Please review our refund and cancellation policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Tee Times & Bookings
All tee time bookings are considered final.
- Cancellations or modifications must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled tee time
- Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of payment
- Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at the discretion of management
2. Weather Policy
Golf is played rain or shine.
- Refunds will not be issued due to light rain or unfavorable weather
- In the event of dangerous conditions (e.g., lightning or course closure), a rain check may be issued based on the number of holes completed
- Rain checks have no cash value and must be used for a future round
3. Events, Tournaments & Group Bookings
- Deposits (e.g., $500) are non-refundable
- Cancellations made within a specified timeframe (typically 7–14 days prior) may be subject to additional charges
- Final participant counts and meal selections must be submitted in advance as communicated
4. Pro Shop & Merchandise
We accept returns on unused merchandise under the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-returnable items include:
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items
- Used or worn merchandise
5. Exchanges & Store Credit
Eligible returns may be exchanged or issued as store credit. Refunds to the original payment method may be provided at management’s discretion.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
We will:
- Replace the item, or
- Provide a refund or store credit where appropriate
7. Gift Cards
- Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash
- Grand Valley Golf is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards
